We get in touch with the relevant parties currently in control of your lost money and work hard to ensure it is returned to you quickly and without delays. Once you have provided us with a signed "Authority to Release form", proof of identity and other necessary documents we commence recovery action on your behalf. This can be quite a tricky and complicated process and knowing the right contacts makes it easier to get it done right the first time. Recovering your money can sometimes be quite a complicated procedure so as a recovery agent we charge a percentage of the recovered amount for our time and expenses. This percentage is deducted from monies recovered, through a trust fund and the balance of the reclaimed money deposited into your nominated bank account.

WHAT LAWS DO YOU HAVE TO ABIDE BY?

This means that we are bound by law to ensure that we reunite the correct funds with the correct people. We may ask you for extra identification to satisfy this obligation. It also means that we MUST ensure that once recovered, your funds are relocated safely into your preferred bank account.
